Devon Tivona, CEO

Devon is co-founder and CEO at Pana, an app that combines the best of human and artificial intelligence to personalize and handle every aspect of your travel, from planning, booking and checking in, to impromptu recommendations and 24/7 personal service in emergencies. Each customer interacts with a human travel expert; Pana’s proprietary AI helps its experts work efficiently. Previously, Devon developed and designed Flipboard for iOS and served as mobile lead at Everlater, a travel technology startup (acquired by MapQuest in 2013). He graduated with a Computer Science degree at CU-Boulder. He is a recipient of multiple awards and fellowships.

Sam Felsenthal, COO

Sam joined the Pana team in December 2014 as a co-founder and hasn’t slept since. As COO, Sam devotes his days and nights to ensuring Pana runs smoothly (he even played the role of Pana’s first agent). Devon and Lianne often refer to Sam as their “best business move of all time.” Sam attended CU-Boulder where he studied business and design. Previous to Pana, he was an analyst at Detroit Venture Partners.

John Tucker

John is a co-founder and VP of Member Experience of the highly-acclaimed personal stylist service, Trunk Club. In 2014, John and his team sold Trunk Club to Nordstrom for $400M. Prior to Trunk Club he was a Fellow at Acumen Fund, a design project lead at IDEO, and a technology program manager at Sapient. He holds a BA in Economics and Physics from Bates College.

Nicole Glaros

Nicole serves as a Chief Product Officer and Partner at Techstars. She’s been with Techstars since it's early days in 2009, having run nine programs and has close to 90 companies in her portfolio. She was named one of the “Coolest People in New York Tech” and an “Extraordinary Woman in New York Tech” by Business Insider in 2013, Marie Claire named her one of the “NewGuard”, and Entrepreneur Magazine named her “One of the Most 7 Powerful Women to Watch.”

Jason Couvillion

Jason is a founding partner of Bruvion, a highly-regarded travel management company focusing on entertainment. Jason has overseen the successful execution of tours for leading artists, including Britney Spears, Gwen Stefani, Janet Jackson, Katy Perry, Shakira, and Taylor Swift. Jason handles client relations and manages some high profile clients’ travel needs. He holds over over 10 years of experience in the travel industry.

Sue Heilbronner

Sue has been a CEO, President, or Chief Marketing Officer for digital marketing and e-commerce companies since the earliest days of the internet. She began her career as an attorney—last as a federal prosecutor with the US DOJ. She founded an online baby gift company in 1999, which she later sold to Discovery. Since Discovery, Sue has led companies in travel, digital publishing, e-commerce, and online education.
