At Pana, we've been on a journey. And as with most journeys, we've encountered some valuable collaborators along the way.
From when we first introduced ourselves in 2015 as an on-demand travel concierge, to today when we've zeroed in on making guest travel easier, we've been fortunate to be able to share our story along the way with The BTN Group's outlets, Business Travel News and The Beat.
This week, we're thrilled to be taking the stage at BTN's Innovate conference to face off against others in the industry who are committed to driving positive change in business travel.
Business Travel News named Pana one of its 2016 Innovators You Should Know. It included us in its deep-dive on travel industry bots. And it covered Pana's milestone partnership with BCD Travel’s SolutionSource platform.
Most recently, we spoke to The Beat for its Corporate Travel Tech Adoption report, which found that 33 percent of the corporate travel buyers surveyed had adopted guest-booking technology and 26 percent intended to adopt or endorse it within the next 12 months.
Wow! And while those numbers are strong, they don’t tell the full story of the potential of guest travel technology.
One in five business trips booked are for non-employee travel. We already know travel can be difficult. But traveling as a non-employee, when you have to book via an email chain, pay out-of-pocket for flights and hotels, and go through a time-consuming expense process can be a nightmare. It is critical to your business to make sure your company’s guest travelers — including customers, recruits, speakers, consultants, and contractors — have a positive experience.
We're eager to once more share our story with the help of BTN and to work with other innovators to bring corporate travel into the future. See you in New York City!
