Pana Moments: Fulfilling a Traveler’s Dream of Dining Her Way Through Chef’s Table

Most of our members use Pana as their on-demand travel agent to book rather straightforward personal and business travel. We book flights and hotels in accordance with our members’ preferences, and we get to know our members well as a result.
This “Pana Moment” is dedicated to one of our most unusual and delightful member requests.
Pana Member Heidi Wong fell in love with the Netflix documentary Chef’s Table. She made a decision to attempt to dine at every world-renowned restaurant featured in the series.
Heidi asked us to secure as many reservations as we can at the show’s restaurants, where wait lists are usually many months to a year.
We’ve been successful at securing reservations at a large number of these restaurants, including Unlimited Possibilities, a New York City restaurant popup by Dominique Ansel that was open for only six months. We secured a reservation at El Celler de Can Roca, located in Spain and ranked the best restaurant in the world in 2015. We also managed a reservation at Osteria Francescana, a 12-table restaurant in Modena, Italy.
